✤ Flame Retardancy: Self-extinguishing, low smoke, low toxicity.
✤ Low Moisture Absorption: Prevents dimensional changes/property loss.
✤ Excellent Electrical Insulation: Even in harsh conditions.
✤ Dimensional Stability: Maintains shape/size under stress, temp, humidity.
✤ Low Friction/Wear Resistance: For bearings and moving parts.
✤ Fatigue Resistance: Withstands repeated stress cycles.

PEEK: High-Performance Workhorse. Structural brackets, wire insulation, seals (high-temp), bearing cages, fluid handling parts. (Sheets, Rods, Tubes)
Polyimide: Extreme Heat & Electrical. Bushings, bearings, insulators, thermal shields, flexible circuitry (Kapton film). (Sheets, Rods, Films)
UHMWPE: Tough & Wear-Resistant. Chute liners, wear strips, low-load bearings. (Sheets, Rods)
Epoxy Glass (G10/FR4): Strong Insulator. Circuit boards, structural insulators, radomes (specific grades). (Sheets, Tubes, Profiles)
Phenolic Cotton (Phenolic Linen): Classic Insulator & Bearing. Bushings, knobs, terminal boards. (Sheets, Rods, Tubes)
Nylon (Specific Grades): Tough & Wear-Resistant. Gears, bushings, cable ties, fasteners (if reinforced/modified). (Sheets, Rods, Tubes)
Acrylic (PMMA): Windows & Lighting. Cabin windows (inner layers), light covers, interior signs. (Sheets, Tubes)
PC (Polycarbonate): Impact-Resistant Windows. Canopies, helmet visors, bulletproof windows (laminated). (Sheets)
PET : Insulating Film. Capacitors, wire wrap, thermal blankets (metalized). (Films/Sheets)
